Wall Thickness

Hi

I need to know the methodology to calulate the wall thickness with tolerance for carbon steel pipe as per as ASME 31.8 and API 5 L 44 Edition 2007.

A useful check is to carry out a force balance calculation along a theoretical section down a diameter. Repeat with a theoretical section across the diameter, and take the larger thickness figure as the minimum.
