What is the difference between Supercharged and Non - Super charged DG sets?

Super charged has an exhaust driven turbine that compressed the intake fuel air mixture.

Non - super charged is normally aspirated - air fuel mixture is not compressed.

'scuse me...turbo is exhaust driven...supercharged is engine driven.

One uses a supercharger, one doesn't. You may want to jump over on the automotive forum and search around there.
