I wonder what the outer dimension for the bearing will be? Possibly 0.0201 cubits?

Try this.... www.superiorbearings.com. My cubit calculator is out of order, but that sounds close, too.

What you need is an x03 bearing. The value of X depends on the outer dimension of the bearing. It could be a 203, a 303, or a 403 ,etc. The last 2 digits usually signify the shaft size in MM/5.That is, multiply the last 2 digits by 5 and you will get the inside dimension of the bearing and the shaft size for a press fit.The first number signifies the ball diameter, so a 304 bearing is larger on the outside bore, but the same inside bore as a 203 bearing. There are many suffixes to designate other variables, such a shielded, sealed, open face, etc.but the best reference is a good bearing catalog or google search for any major bearing company.

If this is a fractional HP motor, you probably need a 203 KDD, or NPP bearing.

Good luck
