What do you need the money for?

What makes you think we have any?

This is a bold first post, I have to hand you that.

Thanks for your post. When I said "Who" I mainly meant companies/entities rather than individuals. For example, do large companies like GE have funds for this type of technology? We have received angel funding for taking this compressor into the HVAC space, but are looking at other applications, though these applications would surpass our original funding amount.

Who would fund such a descriptionless pig-in-a-poke as this?

Great comment. The technology is a new type of rotary compressor with the following design goals for the middle market HVAC space:

• Full load efficiency at market level
• Part load efficiency exceeding market level
• Production cost 20% lower than current technology
• Power density 30% great than current designs

HPOWELL12345, I am surprised this did not get a little more attention.

First, welcome to our little chat room. Second, please understand we get inundated with claims of "bigger, better, faster, more efficient (sometimes over-unity efficiency), more miles per gallon...", so there is an automatic resistance to a blanket claim or comment such as the subject of this thread.

I realize you have many elements of your design that are proprietary or unprotected, but you will have to divulge further to get any discussion at all.

Thanks for your comment. I understand the automatic resistance, especially as we look for additional funding, seeing that several companies in our stage are making huge claims with nothing more than a solidworks design.

That looks pretty neat! However, the language is more like a marketing blurb rather than real ratings data.

It would be good to know the range of air pressures and flows these units can deliver, together with brake horsepower consumptions.

What is the "middle market HVAC space"?

How much is full load efficiency? Part load efficiency exceed how much from market level and at what part? What is power density of a compressor? What is middle market HVAC space? Can it be used for applications other than HVAC? What are the capacity, discharge pressure and speed range? Can it be made multistage for achieving high discharge pressure?

Can someone explain what this is. I see a thing with an air hose hooked up to it that makes some periodic noise.

Maybe I missed something. How much power do I put in to get X result out?

I'm getting feeble, mentally, I guess.
