my question is how to calculate load on atrolly ( cart ) of 4 tires ?

total weight divided by 4, if you want the weight supported by each tire.

First you should consider this powersource:

When designing stuff, you should not put the cart before the horse.

In addition, it may be wise to design one smarter than this:
