Suitable Code for Compressor Design, Testing and Inspection

hello guys,

can anyone let me know , which code should i look in for compressor design,testing and inspection for preparing a tender document. i have some specific queries related to helium centrifugal compressor (single stage):

1. since i am looking for magnetic bearings, could the code specify their testing, inspection and selection?

2. what about vibration analysis and critical speed limits?

API 672 is a stringent standard for cetrifugal compressor covering design,testing and inspection including vibration analysis and critical speed limits. For magnetic bearings contact compressor manufacturers- Atlas Copco, Dressure Rand, Elliat etc.
