Looking for Polypropylene Bars

Hi there,

does anyone know a company that extrudes PP (*) round bars, in a diameter of 8 mm?

I need to buy some 3,000 meters for a project I am working on.

Thanks in advance!

(*) On my search I only found wholesalers or distributors

GlobalSpec is the best place to search for suppliers by product specification. For starters, take a look at the suppliers in the "Plastic Plate, Rod and Semi-finished Shapes" area. You can then use the Advanced Search box at the right of the page to select a material system (PP), form (bar), and size (8 mm diameter).

Hi Moose,

I have already been there as well as in the Thomas Directory: most of the companies announced as "manufacturers" probably produce something else ... cause when it comes to discuss certain specifications; they have to consult "someone else" (the "actual" manufacturer perhaps ?).

Anyhow, I will try again and also refine my search. Thanks a lot for your support!
