What other information is available? Size of valve? Duty? Location on plant? Location on planet?

VALVE USED IN STORAGE TANKS IN END OF LINE AND SIZE IS ID 17 DIA XOD 52 DIA X 3 MM THICKNESS ,WEIGHT IS 64.0 GRAMS,PLE TELL ME WHO IS THE MANUFACTURER OF THIS ITEM.
