Asking a question for a second time won't improve the answers

I will try to help you understand the question that you are asking. If I took a chunk of material and set it into a vice on a mill and was going to take 2 inch fly cutter to the surface. How much force is it going to take to hold the unit so it can not move while preforming the machine operations.

Is this what you are asking. Or are you asking for the force that is applied to the cutter heads at material interface or cut line?

From here we may better able to help you with the question, if we better understand what it is you are after. If your not sure about the English used to define answer needed, then seek help there 1st.

Apply enough feed force to move the cutter through the material at the proper feed rate and apply sufficient clamp force to firmly grip the workpiece.

Hire an engineer to perform the calculations if you cannot arrive at these numbers by experimentation.

Asking the same question over and over will not necessarily increase your chances of success.

If you do a web search and study the advice/formula in a site like:

http://www.tech.plym.ac.uk/sme/mfrg315/machforc1.htm

You should be readily able to determine what you need.

The above looks like it has all/most of what you need and took about 10 seconds to find.
