I had to google to see what SAP2000 was. (I thought, from the SAP, it was that old package that people in our company use to use, for, iirc, things like statistical analysis (not for structural design ;-)
Anyway, I now see what it is. Although some tutorials and manuals might be proprietary (like from the company), it is possible that others have written tutorials that are not proprietary. I mean, an awful lot of that happened in the AutoCad community.
You're welcome. Note that I don't know whether there are any non-proprietary manuals or tutorials. You might also look for a book--while probably not free, if there is a book, it is probably less expensive than any manuals or tutorials from the original company (except for the case when some of those are bundled with the software itself).
