I fear you are in over your head.

Here's one example of a company that sells them. Maybe they will do your calculations for you. AC axial flow fans

You will need to give them far more information than you have provided here.

It is very interesting your attitude ! Why do you not do yourself the choice what could be the reason for any one of us to do your work for free ? Better you try and ask if what you have done is correct then may be if the request respects some basic rules of politeness you will get an answer. It is a pity to be obliged to educate people about how they have to behave in society!

"20 pumps having Kw of 10 all running 15"

makes no sense at all. Are the pumps inside the control panel??? If you can't define a problem, how will you ever slove it?

Dear Mr Lyn ,

Yes your right it is confused i understand for any one to understand , again ill try to put up in this way.

My panel size is about 1800H x 1600W x 400D , i have 20 contactors where 10 nos has 50A and remaining 10Nos of contactors has the Ampere rating of 25A ,All contactors are under operation .

Relays 62no's : 40 under operation .

Lamps 70no's.

PLC : 1 No.

Mr lyn based according to the mention components kindly just give me the example or forumlaes required to calculate the heat dissipated inside the panel .type selection of fan size to be install on the control panel.

Ill be highly appreciated to your reply.

What you ask for you can obtain from the components specifications. You do not need for that the helping hand from either Lyn or anybody else.

As nick name has stated, you will need to determine the heat load of the components in the control panel. That's how much heat is dissipated into the cabinet, not how much current flows through it.

Then, This may help: http://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/air-properties-d_156.html
