Panel Configuration..Please Help

I want to get the configuration & a cost of a panel having outgoing feeders (VFD controlled) appropriate for two 315 KW 4 pole, 50 HZ, TEFC induction motor VFD controlled and two 110 KW 2 pole, 50 HZ, TEFC induction motor VFD controlled along with two 125 amp spare feeders. Kindly help by providing the configuration and the cost of the panel.

CR4 is not as well placed to carry out that request as a selection of panel builders local to where the installation is to be completed, who will happily quote for the task. Try contacting them directly. A Google search will reveal company names, addresses and telephone numbers.

Kindly take this matter in other way..

I want to know the process for selecting the motor feeder rating for different system like for DOL starter , star delta starter and VFD drive..

Please refer to the type 2 Co-ordination Charts that are supplied on demand by any switchgear manufacturer. They are available for DOL & Star-Delta as well. As for VFD feeders, any VFD manual would give you the necessary switchgear sizing too.

Contact a local vendor. This type of information is gained by going to school or going to work with someone who is willing to take the time to teach you.

The local vendor may help you learn, if he can sell you a panel.
