The expected lifetime for this bushing on the sunny side of Mercury is about 15 seconds. Now if you do some back calculations to your environment you can get your answer.

If by OIP you mean "oil-impregnated paper," then the typical expected life is similar to that of the power transformer in which it is installed - 30-40 years. That assumes that the transformer and bushings are properly maintained and tested during that time. It also assumes that the transformer is operated within its specified parameters (loading, temperature, oil level, gas pressure, etc.), and that it is protected from damaging conditions such as physical damage, lightning strikes, external faults, or voltage transients. Properly rated surge arresters mounted as close as possible to the bushings are essential to protecting them. If you take care of your bushings, they will last a long time.

And in future posts, please turn off your caps-lock key. It is impolite to SHOUT.
