	Hello , I wonder what is the standarts of gensets time, I mean if there are standarts defined by famous codes which makes necessary some definite times,such as starting and feeding times. By the way how is define the time in english , in which the genset closes its breaker and feeds the load? I cant remember :) __________________ jinxnao

	what if the genset on time is very very long in a work done with a public tender ? Is there any legal base to hinder this? __________________ jinxnao
