Cable sizing for AC/DC

Hi, All

Any different for the ac/dc cable. need to install cable for DC can the ac cable use to dc system.

Any cable will have both DC current rating and AC current rating. The DC current rating will be more than the AC current rating for the same cross section, as the AC resistance will be much higher due to skin effect.

I didn't know they made conductors out of argon.
