From 3 wire RTD whether it is possible to make 2 wiring in RIO(Remote IO)?

Yes, it's possible. Just don't expect accurate results.

Following things to be consider , what is the allowable lead resistance for accuracy? ,is it eliminated in RIO ?2 wire rtd generally used to short distance and is calibrated with that distance individually ,to get correct temperature .

If I am not mistaken, just tie two of the three leads together. Of course, tie the right two.

Unless your really a bugger for accuracy, two wire RTDs do OK
