06/09/2011 11:04 PM

Hi all,

I need to do deburring in a perforated pipe of 40ft. hole dia is 10mm, wall thickness is 12mm mtl is L80 and nearly 2000+ holes we made over the length of the pipe. for external deburring we use abrasive belt for internal we use die grinder with grinding wheel. but my boss feels like it is not that much ok. can anybody suggest me a good process.

I'd contact Brush Research Manufacturing [www.brushresearch.com] - they make all kinds of deburring products including some for IDs - like these:

Hi again castkarthick,

Quite a large bore! might be worth e-mailing the deburring tool people as they might have other products more suited to your application.

Best of luck in your search,

John
