	I want to know various metering parameters for HT, LT and RTTC panels,Because there many fault related PARAMETERS which has to be followed blindly. So cany any body explien in brief ,it will be helpfull not only for me but to everybody reads my thread.

	It all depends upon the respective DISCOM (Electric Power Distribution Company) & the tariff structure they follow. And.. metering in RTTC (Remote Transformer Tap Changer, I presume) Panel? I wonder!
