TV Universal Programmable Remote (TOPLINE)

I have a TOPLINE programmable TV remote by VisaElectronics.

I need to know how I can program the remote to function with my TV set.

I got the idea that it can be done by PC, in fact it has a jack plug at the bottom.

If so I guess I will need some software and some kind of lead to connect-up to my PC.

Can anyone help me with this problem.

I am not familiar with the brand but try the VisaElectronics site here

Or do a Google search of "TOPLINE programmable TV remote by VisaElectronics"

Or give VisaElectronics a call on the telephone

I mean I have already been on VisaElectronics site but all I got is an image of the remote as below.

At the risk of sounding like a trouble maker, didn't it come with instructions?

If I were faced with such a dilemma, I'd enlist the help of a local teenager. They'll have it programmed in a flash and can probably make it open your garage door, and turn on the microwave, too.

Any way, I want to learn something new as I'm an electronics enthusiast.

Can you call VisaElectronics customer support or technical support.

They may be able to offer more than we can.
