I am looking for a table that will give the letter sizes and recomended latinic fonts related to the distance ranges that the veiwers located. especialy for veiwers that are driving.
It's almost certainly specified differently according to country. The sizes used in the UK are buried in this document. Note that "X height" refers to the height of a capital letter on a sign. Note also that the driving speed comes into the "equation".

"An accepted "rule-of-thumb" to follow for legibility for signs other than Interstate is to have 1 inch (25- mm) of letter height for every 40 feet (12 m) of desired legibility."
You would have to get a general understanding of the extent at which the sign is seen to decide the font (runic converter) size used. In general, you want to raise the letter height by 1 inch for every 10 ft away from your sign. You would want the text to be at least 15 inches in height, for instance, if you want the text seen from 150 feet out. We also created a map that lets you see how much letter height and distance you want to apply based on this thumb rule.
As stated, these are only recommendations / examples for common letter height for certain sign types. We recommend using the letter height chart above or the 1” to 10’ rule of thumb to determine the best sizing for your sign’s letters.
