This does not particularly depend on the capacity of the unit, but much more on the height difference between evaporator and compressor/condenser. If the evaporator is higher, the issue is pressure drop in the liquid line. If the compressor/condenser is higher, the issue is oil return up the suction line. Please describe more specifically.

What is the type of refrigerant you are using? This will also determine your pipe size since all refrigerants have different flow rates and abilities to carry back oil.
22 larger
410a 30% smaller than 22 with a higher coil superheat, and a lousy refrigerant for oil carrying velocities.

OK it is not that easy, there are still some variables to know.
What is the actual tonnage of the system in your OP you list a few.
What is the length of the run?
How many 90 degree bends are there, add about 2.5 feet per 90 for total pipe length.
As Tornado stated is the condensing unit located above the evaporator or below?
Are there long vertical or horizontal runs, this could introduce the need for inverted traps and velocity risers or 1/8 inch to the foot slope to the compressor for oil flow.
Most people look at inlet piping to the condensing unit and outlet from the evaporator and if you are with in 25 feet or so it will probably work. If it is longer you could have oil return issues and shortened life cycles of equipment.
Take some time to read the attached and get the education before Brazing up the lines.
