Connect it to a load and see what happens.

Charge all batteries to same level, or up to maximum possible level, and after that join them in series and connect output (12x32v= 384V) to A Load of 1 Amp (384 watt) and check the voltages on each battery, at start, after an hour and after 2 Hours, faulty batteries will show lower voltages and good one will stay up even after two hour,

No,

Or,

You can put it under electron microscope, or on a sophisticated weighing scale and see which one have more electrons in it,

Ah, so now it's a possible one dud battery in a bank of 32? OK.

  • Monitor the performance of the battery bank over time.
  • Carry out equipment-exchange planned maintenance on the batteries using a range of good spares.
  • Individually test each removed battery for performance against a set of criteria, and pass/fail the battery against that test result.
  • Renew failed batteries.
  • Place passed batteries and new batteries into the equipment-exchange spares stock.
