There are any standards detect the percentage of overlap for Mica Tape for fire resistance cables?

It is fire resistant cables. Required standard is,

"IEC-60371-3-2 Insulating materials based on mica - Part 3:Specifications for individual materials - Sheet 2: Mica paper".

You also refer to the below IEC standards for Fire Cables:IEC60332 Part 3 defines three categories ofthe volume of combustible non-metallic material present in the test before the flame is applied.
The fire resistance tests of IEC60331 impose a severeduty on the cable sample.
