These are 10" API 5LX 46 PSL-2 3LPE BEVEL PIPES. Vendor has provided average length of 11.7 meters instead of minimum requirement of average length of 12.0 M. Is the rolling mill benefitting in terms of cost, by supplying pipes of shorter average length.

API 5L 2008, Parr. 9.11,9.12 and 9.13.
