Hello,
I have a three
phase asynchronic squirrel cage induction motor.
- the stator
has 24 slots,
- winding
pitch 1 - 7
- the winding
is a ONE LAYER winding !!!!!!
There are no
data on the motor, but
- according to the motor switch diagram I / 0 / II (and internal switch connections) it is a Dahlander motor
- according to the internal winding connections it is a triangle / double wye and 4 pole / 2 pole motor
- according to the application the load torque is constant. (no pump or ventilation)
The problem
is that this kind of motor is normally made
- with DOUBLE layer winding
- and winding
pitch 1-7.
But my
motor is only ONE layer winding.
I took the original winding diagram, but if I draw the magnetic field in each slot according the flow of the current in that slot (and this for each coil), the magnetic field is not equal distributed in the stator.
The 4 pole connection seems to be correct, but the 2 pole connection has a 8 slots wide gap with counter acting magnetic fields.
Does anyone has a winding diagram for this motor?
