THE SHORT CIRCUIT CURRENT 50KA FOR 1SEC. DO THIS CURRENT VALUE CONSIDERED DURING CALCULATION OF NGR VALUE FOR A TRANSFORMER?

I think the current value is used to chose the protector of transformer. 1 sec is a very long time for protection. In high voltage, the trip time may not reach a sine circle.

Think about what you are trying to do. Reduce the magnitude of the ground fault. What is the magnitude of the fault you want? Ohm's Law.

NGR Value = Phase Voltage of the system / desired earth fault current. It has nothing to do with the symmetrical fault current such as 50kA, etc.
