Earthing Calculation

is there any difference between calculation of earthing design according to IEE 80, IS 3043,CBIP? if any difference , then where?

Does it have anything to do with the different voltages, frequencies and cable availability, perhaps?

IEEE 80 is very precise. There are a lot of mistakes in IS 3043. CBIP follows IEEE 80.
