Why don't you go through B31.3. Why you want us to do your job?

hello dear gentleman,I know its in code. people post here to get some expert opinion, I dont want you to do my job. Excuse me if I convey such a message, I am willing to read the code and I do it also more than once. But like me a junior engineer has to face a lot of issue/conflicts from the client side. And I think this site is always encouraging such upcoming professionals. In my case client insists they want as per code. 31.3 is the design code for our project materials. As i go through the code i found impact testing is not required(CHAPTER-3, MATERIALS, Table 323.2.2/Fig 323.2.2A(curve B, i found the design temperature/thickness is above -29 deg that means impact test not required ,may be am wrong, but I just want to confirm it thats all, so please help if you know the exact way,
