Retrofiting Servo Drive

can anyone tell me how to tune mitsubishi MR-H servo drive in step dir. mode and what are the cnnections on CN1 connector.

Have you tried looking on the manufacturer's website for application note data and manuals?

The information should be in there.

I have bothe manual and tuning software and ihave tried lots of time to set the drive in step dir. mode and used pin no. 18 19 in CN1 but there is no response.

Have you checked the manual and application notes thoroughly to see if there is another condition that has to be met or pin(s) that have to be in the right state?

Like trying to operate a variable speed drive, it may be that not all of the conditions have been met and hence it is not working.
