why use an additional low voltage bushing for power transformer 60/10kv

My interpretation is as below, though more info. needed for the trafo:

Power trafo 60/10 kV -

60kV HV side, 10kV LV side

Why use an additional LV bushing -

Considering LV (10kV) side is wye connected, neutral star point is brought out through Additional LV Bushing for mounting of neutral CT/neutral grounding.
