Thank you for the information. Heideberg Eastern carries the tools for the machine. But what they call the clutch handle looks like a threaded t handle. I want to order one but I wanted to make sure that I order the right tool. i meassure about 4 inche to the first thread on the inside of the clutch. Am I looking at this wrong?

Do you think that 2 of these might work?

No, But you could use a M10 socket head cap screw 6" [150mm] long, and a 3" length of pipe or tube with a 10mm ID to form the shoulder. the shoulder is necessary to release the brake when you tighten the screws.

Thank you very much. That worked perfectly. The machine is up and running now. They wanted $227.33 each for the clutch handles and it cost me like $14.00 to make. Once again the help was very much appreciated.

I have another issue with this machine. The resistor that I replaced is on tits waay out. I reblaced the blown resistor with a 47 ohm 11 watt resistor and its melting. There must be an issue with something else. I dont have any prints or diagrams. do you know of any reason for this to be happening or where to begin looking. Any help would really be appreciated
