How to Strip 3LPE Coating From Pipes

I need guidance for fast and economic stripping method for removing 3 LPE coating from Carbon steel pipes for welding. Can anyone help?

I would think that a disc grinder should handle it and most welders have ready access to this tool. Enjoy, Woody

Wire brush, sander, scraper or some other mechanical means.
