Electrical Power Voltage Levels

Why do we have power voltage levels in steps of 11kv 66kv 132kv.............

Safety. You can safely touch 132Kv, just check it to see, but if it were 12Kv or 67Kv or 133Kv it would be dangerous.

It's because a long time ago it used to be multiples of 10, but they needed more power. So they bought some of these and increased it.
