Not enough information has been provided by you to give a definitive answer to your question. We need much more information, such as:

-Concrete Compressive Strength (f'c) at 28-days age.

-the amount of steel reinforcement bars, their yield strength, and their arrangement within the column.

-The applied dead and live loads.

-the applied bending moments.

-the type of restrains and degrees of rotation, top and bottom of the column.

If you're unclear about any of the aforementioned items, then I suggest that you hire a licensed Structural Engineer.

If you're a student looking for an easy and cheap solution to a homework or take-home test, then I suggest that you had better restudy your textbooks and revisit you class notes...we do not provide students with answers to homework problems as a general rule. You need to pull yourself up by the bootstraps, so to speak, and diligently learn something on your own.......the key here is LEARN!

The answer to, "the minimum height of concreting for RCC column" is just slightly higher than the tallest re bar, or if the re bar is really short, just above the largest aggregate diameter.

OK, I know. But, sometimes, ya jus gotta.
