	I subscribe to too many useless groups on LinkedIn, and get newsletters from them constantly. How do I unsubscribe from these groups? I've also tried to "stop following" a discussion, but when I click the link to stop following, it just takes me back to the discussion. Arghhh! __________________ Life is like a sewer. 	Have you tried contacting LinkedIn? I don't belong but I imagine that after signing in, you should be able to edit your preferences including un-subscribing from "useless" groups. Check the LinkedIn website, bottom of the page under Privacy Policy. You will find contact info there. __________________ The first 5 days after a weekend are always the hardest................................

	Gee, I don't want to resign from LinkedIn--just get rid of a couple of groups. But it looks like LinkedIn doesn't want me to leave anything--groups or discussions--and according to the links, nobody else can get off either. __________________ Life is like a sewer. 	It's possible to leave a group - or eliminate the emails. All can be done on a single page. Click the "Groups" link at the top of the page (near the middle). Click on the name of the group you want to modify. Below the name of the group click "More..." and then "Your Settings". From here you can uncheck boxes for various email options and if you choose to do so, click the "Leave Group" button in the lower right corner of the page. It's gray and may be hard to notice.

	Thanks for the instructions. Linkedin uses multiple more buttons. Both are highlighted in red below. Be sure to use the more button on the Group menu, not the Linkedin menu, to bring up the your settings: And the leave group button (gray color) is way down on the lower left . . .
