Tube Tyres into Tubeless Conversion

My mechanic told me that we can convert tube tyres of pulsar 150 into tubeless by adding some pins to it....isit true and i wanna to know the pros and cons of the same???plz advice me whether i shall do it or not?????????

The short answer is probably not successful.

Longer answer is that the alloy rims from the later model Pulsar bikes may be your answer if they are retro fittable.

We don't have these bikes in Oz.
