I have a question regarding penalty tracer shot for a welder who weld on 100% line and was failed, normally for 100% line a penalty shot for that particular welder is not required right? but what if he has also welded on a 10% or 20% line at the same period of time, does his production joints on the 10% and 20% line can be subject for a penalty tracer shot?
