But seriously, isn't this information in your text book?

Have you tried a Google search?

Are all of you from the same university?

If you want to get any help here:

FIRST, try being a little more polite and a little less demanding.

SECOND, try putting more effort into you question. Explain what you understand about the calculation and what you don't understand about the calculation.

CR4 is not a homework cheat site but by following the steps above, you will most likely get some very good guidance from CR4 members to further your understanding of this topic.
