Surface diffusion and desorption activation energies

Does anyone know where I can find the diffusion and surface desorption activation energies for water on Teflon PFA, preferably in SI units, along with the references?

Teflon was invented by DuPont. They will probably be happy to provide this information.

Thanks for your suggestion, but I have communicated with them on two separate occasions concerning this. Their answer both times was "we'll get back to you", and they never did. I don't think they actually have the information.
