The answer to the first question is "usually a couple of inches water gauge". At a big municipal works, the digester gas is usually stored in a "gas bag", which is quite a flimsy structure. Higher pressures would split it.

Calculate? Why not stick a manometer on it instead?

Pressure exerted by the Biogas from Bio-digester is very low as commented at#1. LPG burners can handle what ever pressure you produce. Flame will be higher at more pressure. Your supplier may also be able to tell you this information. Pressure you can measure with water tube manometer by connecting the water filled transparent tube at suitable tapping, but that tapping should be always closed except at the time of measurement.
