Taping of Pressure Transmitter in Steam Line

Any body clear me about why we took taping of the pressure transmitter from the Top in steam line

ga dell. We know cats like to be on top of warm places on cold days.

we also know cats don't want to get wet from condensation in any form.

Dear as u know steam always moves to top , so it will convenient to extaact the steam up to the transmitter,

Top taps are usually for gases, but if tapped from the top, the impulse lines should slope down towards the steam line so that condensate can return to the steam line, with the vertical impulse line length filled with water to isolate the transmitter from steam temperatures.
