IR Test Voltage Selection

How can I select the test voltage for Insulation Resistance test according to the voltage rating of the Device Under Test.

By following the procedure and using the equipment in accordance with the test protocol document, filling it in with the results.

LV cables, motors, etc 500V; isolation transformers 5000V; and so on!

It is defined in IEEE 43 or IEC 60085-01.
