Problem #1: Your lack of punctuation makes it difficult to follow your question. But it APPEARS as though you have a Hitachi SJ2000 and you can make it work using the built-in local control panel, but you cannot get it to function from a remote location using the control terminals.

That usually is the result of one of the following two problems:

Problem #2: You do not have something programmed correctly in the VFD. Usually there is a parameter that must be set to tell the VFD two basic bits of information: 1) where is the control going to come from, i.e. on-off command, and 2) where is the speed command going to come from. Most people set one or the other, but not both, and they don't understand why it doesn't work right. I also know from experience that the Hitachi drives, although cheap, have a manual that is very difficult to follow. If you are reading one that is not in your native language then I can see a major problem, I can barely follow it in mine. A good suggestion is contacting your supplier for assistance and training or maybe a manual in your native tongue (if they have one). If you bought it from a cheap supplier over the internet on eBay or something like that and they don't provide assistance, well you get what you pay for.

Problem #3, however unlikely, is a component failure. It happens, but not often. It could be a warranty issue, but again if you bought it cheap or used, you are in that "let the buyer beware" situation again.

Good luck. Maybe someone else here will have a manual for an SJ2000 and be willing to help you. I used to have one, but that PC crashed and I lost it. You can download one from many different sights though.
