XRP 883 Bowl MIll

The said Mill gear box supplied by BHEL Mmanufactured by Flender Germany having a problem of getting Thrust pad temperature high beyond 20t/h coal feeding.Can any body suggest me how to reduce the temperature.

So many things missing. What is rated capacity? What temp? What oil/ oil temp/ oil pressure?
