Cleeve Lock Nut

While tightening the cleeve lock nut, in bolt half of the thread came out. is it ok or problem with nut?

When the thread of a bolt comes off from tightening any kind of a nut, you now have a pin instead of a bolt. Usually this is a problem. Then again if you trying to make a pin, congratulations you succeeded.
