10/13/2011 1:56 AM

Hi,

I just need to know please if it is allowed to have a sub main distribution board in a floor (including a breaker protecting the outgoing feeder with a meter) and the panelboard to be fed in the upper floor. Are there any constrainsts concerning this?

Thanks!

There may be some legal constraints about a meter being observable by the customers it serves. Do the occupants of the upper floor have access to the lower floor?

In fact, the project consists of residential appartments. the electrical room is in GF and the appartments fed are on upper floors. I am not sure if the consumer has access to the electrical room.

There are regulations in the UK regarding the resale of gas and electricity. Where are you?
