WHAT does CRC DD grade stands for,i know that it's some kind of metal but what's so special abt it like it's propeties etc.

Have you considered asking the manufacturer of this metal what they mean by this designation? I could come up with a whole batch of silly acronym translations. The first that comes to my warped mind is Chromium Carbon with Double Deuterium as a marker radio-isotope.
