'Instrument security factor FS for measuring windings is 0.2 and 5 is burden for CT.

Class 0.2 means it is a measuring class CT with an RMS Ratio Error of + / - 0.2%. FS 5 means the factor of safety or the instrument security factor is 5. That is this + / - 0.2 % error will be maintained upto 5 times the rated primary current, beyond which the errors might increase.
