How to Calculate External Pressure of the Internal Tank

Assumtion : Inner tank to be designed for external load (pressure) based on outer tank full of oil upto 10450mm and inner tank filled with water upto hydrostatically balanced height of oil column.
design data: FWKO tank (39 M DIA X 12.5M HT ) consist one internal tank (33 M DIA X 10.45M HT ).I NEED WANT TO CALCULATE THE STIFFENERS FOR INTERNAL TANKS RELATED TO EXTERNAL PRESSURE AS PER ABOVE ASSUMPTION, IF ANY BODY HAVING IDEA ABOUT THE ABOVE MENTIONED PARA. PLEASE SHARE WITH ME.

DID YOU TAKE NOTES WHILE IN CLASS? Do you still have access to your text books? DID You Skip Class When They Were Covering This Subject. PLEASE SHARE WITH US, why your asking people to do your home work for you!
