Rated Torque is the Torque calculated at the rated power out put or at the DESIGN VALUE. Peak Torque is the maximum torque developed by the same equipment while working. Peak Torque may be above the rated torque or below the rated torque.
so i want to become motor manufacturer, i also know that peak torque value will be given by the manufacturer, but how did they arrive that value,, i want that...

I also agree that peak torque cannot be less than the rated torque.

They would carry out tests. I'm not sure how it's done. Torque at zero speed (locked-rotor torque) is straightforward. At other speeds, I suppose the motor could be loaded via a dynamometer to keep the speed at say 10% of synchronous, and measure the torque, then repeat for a range of speeds.
Maybe somebody out there has more details.
